Platform Overview & Philosophy
Welcome to Anubandha, the intelligent follow-up and contact engagement platform tailored for organizational productivity. The application is built around a centralized workflow designed to eliminate dropped communications and organize daily check-ins. Whether managing prospective course leads, contacting participants, or synchronizing tags, the interface ensures every touchpoint is scheduled, logged, and secure.
Importing Contacts & Custom Mappings
Ingesting external data is effortless using the specialized Import Data interface accessible from the Settings view.
- File Formats: Supports standard CSV files alongside Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx, .xls).
- Column Assignment: Map incoming headers directly to standard table columns such as
Name,Phone,Email, orProgram ID. - Extra Fields: Any remaining non-standard headers can be checked as Extra Fields, which are preserved cleanly as miscellaneous record properties.
- Mapping Profiles: Save customized configurations as layouts to prevent repeating assignments in the future.
- Default Art of Living Presets: If you haven't configured any unique profiles, the system automatically seeds professional Art of Living default mappings (e.g.,
TAOL:leads->course,TAOL:courses->courses) directly into storage upon initial launch. - Sharing Layouts: Use the Mapping Profiles manager to multi-select configurations, export them to portable
.jsonfiles via native share sheets, and import external bundles with comprehensive conflict handling.
Recommended Import Workflow for The Art of Living (India)
Your CRM platform provides two key data exports:
(Make sure you click Search and select appropriate filters to retrieve more than 10 records)
To fully populate your database with interlinked associations, follow this 3-step sequence:
- Step 1: Import to Courses table using your exported Course List.
- Step 2: Import to Contacts table using your exported Registrations List.
- Step 3: Import to Registrations table using your exported Registrations List.
Daily Anubandha Workflows (Today Screen)
The Today view serves as your primary operations center, managing daily engagement targets proactively.
- Anubandha Queue: Displays a curated list of high-priority check-in targets queued for the current day.
- Fetching Batches: If your immediate queue is cleared, tap Fetch More to automatically query the backend database for additional pending contacts based on your configured batch limits.
- Direct Engagement: Tap any individual target card to launch the interaction dashboard. From here, you can instantly place calls, send SMS messages, launch WhatsApp communications, or compose emails.
- Logging Outcomes: Set concrete interaction outcomes (e.g., Interested, Ringing, Call Back Later) and enter detailed descriptive notes. Saving updates automatically records a timestamped history log and reschedules the contact's future review date.
Managing Courses & Filtering
The Courses screen consolidates event coordination, participant tracking, and programmatic insights.
- Manual Creation: Tap the + icon in the navigation bar to configure a new course manually. Enter custom program identifiers, instruction types, target dates, and specific venue locations.
- Event Insights: Lists all configured instructional programs alongside associated dates, target location parameters, and total registration statistics.
- Advanced Querying: Tap the filter controls in the navigation bar to search for specific program codes, sort dynamically by start dates or enrollment volumes, and filter lists down to events meeting specific minimum participant counts.
Contact Management & Tag Filtering
The Contacts screen provides comprehensive direct database access with robust administrative categorization.
- Manual Creation: Tap the + icon in the navigation bar to create a standalone contact record manually. Provide credentials including name, phone number, and optional email address, and configure custom Do Not Disturb (DND) settings to exclude the record from default check-in queues.
- Native Share Integration: Seamlessly ingest contacts from external sources using native OS share extensions. Sharing contact cards (vCards) or text selections from third-party address books, messaging clients, or web browsers directly into Anubandha instantly populates the Add Contact interface with extracted credentials.
- Multi-Tag Filters: Apply combined filtering criteria across custom user tags. Selecting multiple tags enforces granular AND logic, returning precisely the subset of contacts assigned to all chosen markers simultaneously.
- Tag Lifecycles: Tap Manage Tags inside Settings to rename tags application-wide, delete unused identifiers, or reassign associated contact records seamlessly to alternative categories.
Manual Registration Lifecycle
Connecting contacts to instructional programs is streamlined using context-aware registration associations.
- Contextual Triggers: Tap the + icon within any Course Detail view or Contact Detail view to launch the dedicated Add Registration workflow.
- Auto-Complete Searching: Search dynamically for target courses or contacts using real-time auto-complete search inputs.
- Deduplication Safeguards: Strict system rules prevent duplicate enrollments, warning you immediately if a target contact is already associated with the selected program.
Local-Only Storage, Privacy & Security
Ensuring user privacy and securing data integrity are core structural features of the architecture.
- Local-Only Architecture: The application operates entirely offline without external network or server transmission. All imported records, notes, and profile configurations reside strictly within your device's local database sandboxes. Consequently, standard GDPR network exposure mandates do not apply.
- Permanent Data Erasure: Tapping Delete All Data inside Settings instantly purges all databases locally. Warning: This action is permanent and unrecoverable. You will immediately lose all historical contact interaction logs, saved statuses, and imported schedules.
- Hardware Security: Protect local database assets using the integrated Security Provider. When Biometric Authentication is enabled, returning to the application after closing or timing out automatically triggers FaceID/TouchID verification screens to block unauthorized data access.
